We’re delighted that you have chosen our service and opened an account with us. If you now intend to close an old account, we’d like to relieve you of some of the tedious work. We’ll take care of all the necessary steps. Make it easy for yourself and use our Account Switching Service. All payment partners will be informed about your new bank details. 1st step

You can use our Account Switching service at any time via the link below. Once you click, a login window opens. There, enter the access details for the online banking of your old account that you want to close. All your payment partners will now be automatically determined based on your account transactions.

2nd step

You select the payment partners who will be informed about your account switch. Here you can also determine which standing orders will be transferred to your new account. Sign with your finger on the smartphone display or with your mouse/trackpad when using a non-touch display. The selected payment partners will now be informed about your account switch.

3rd step

Finally, use the program to create a cancellation letter for your old bank or savings bank. As soon as the switch is completed, you will receive some information along with all the documents that have been sent.

For the account switching service, we work together with fino digital GmbH. The identification of your payment partners as well as the entire handling process of your account change are carried out automatically via fino. Simple, fast and flexible.

Due to the lack of teller windows for cash deposits, a basic account cannot be offered.
